Job Description

We’re working on a great Accounting Manager opportunity based in the Cle Elum area with a flexible hybrid schedule (about 3 days onsite per week).
Comp: $90,000–$110,000 + 401(k) match, full medical/dental/vision, PTO, relocation assistance if needed.
Highlights:

Lead accounting operations including AP, AR, inventory, and member/owner billing
Help implement a new ERP system (Oracle experience a plus)
Support monthly close, forecasting, and process improvements
Supervise a small team and collaborate across departments

Job Requirement

4+ years of accounting experience
Hospitality or multi-entity experience preferred
Strong Excel/ERP/GAAP knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
