Job Description

Great opportunity with a professional consulting firm who is looking for an administrative assistant.
Position will be in the office

Full Job Description
Answers incoming calls and emails. Directs client inquiries appropriately
Welcomes and directs office visitors
Provides general administrative/operational support
Processes expense reports and accounting data entry
Organizes internal meetings; conference room scheduling and setup/takedown
Creates and maintains filing systems for various office needs
Responsible for all major office functions including maintaining inventory of office supplies and office equipment, and handling building issues
Coordinates new hire set-up including interview arrangements , paperwork, emails, and files
Ability to conduct thorough research on potential candidates
Provides support for contractor coordination and helps maintain contractor pool
Assists Project Managers with event support: hotels, registration, and expenses
Responsible for corporate event coordination and helping with office social activities
Provides support and coverage for admin team
Completes other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

Ideal candidate will have 1 plus years of similar experience and a positive attitude.
