Controller

Seattle Search Group, a premier staffing agency specializing in accounting and finance, has partnered with a distinguished new client in Redmond, WA. We're excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Controller.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budget analysis, and internal controls. Responsibilities include leading accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, managing financial reporting, and coordinating with auditors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of US GAAP.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business and CPA required

Minimum 8+ years of accounting and finance experience

Experience in Controllership or similar roles, with 3 years of public accounting and 5 years of private industry

Thorough knowledge of current US GAAP, especially revenue recognition standards

Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with executives
