Their growing Personal CFO Services team manages close to $200 billion in assets. They provide tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them focus on what matters most. About the Roles:
Family Office Associate
Provide exceptional accounting and administrative support to multiple clients.
Work with precision on tasks such as bill tracking, vendor management, reconciliations, and client inquiries.
Ideal for candidates with at least three years of client service experience in a family office, wealth management, or a related field such as public accounting.
Senior Associate
Oversee and support more complex client portfolios with advanced responsibilities.
Take a leadership role in managing client relationships and driving solutions.
A great fit for those with at least five years of experience in a family office, wealth management, or a related field.
Both positions offer the flexibility to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid capacity if located near one of their office locations.
Job Requirement
Exceptional focus on precision and meticulousness in work
Genuine enthusiasm for providing top-tier client support
Upbeat and polished approach to interactions and tasks
Commitment to maintaining rigorous processes, controls, and confidentiality protocols
Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking
Skilled at managing and prioritizing competing demands across clients and departments effectively
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
At least three years of experience delivering client-focused services in environments like wealth management, family offices, or comparable industries
