Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized financial planning, investment advisory services and 401k services to a broad range of clients. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, offering strategic advice, and ensuring that clients are on track to meet their financial goals. A deep understanding of market trends, financial regulations, and wealth management principles is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Financial Planning: Create customized financial plans tailored to the client’s long-term goals, including retirement, education funding, tax strategies, and estate planning.
• 401k Management:
• Investment Advisory: Recommend appropriate investment products and strategies, monitor portfolios, and adjust strategies as needed to align with market conditions and client objectives.
• Risk Management: Advise clients on risk management strategies, including insurance and asset protection.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and actively network to grow the client base.
• Client Education: Communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to clients to ensure they understand the recommendations being made.
Job Requirement
o Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar role.
• Licenses and Certifications:
o Series 65 licenses required.
o Life & Health Insurance License.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
o AIF designation preferred.
o ChFC Designation preferred.
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
o Skills:
Strong knowledge of investment strategies, financial planning, and wealth management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with financial planning software and other relevant tools.
o Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to work in the best interest of the client, with a high level of ethics and professionalism.

• Pay: Payouts starting at 60% of your generated revenue, monthly payment (401k's quarterly)
