Sales & Showroom Representative – Full-Time | Salary | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
Position Summary:
This role serves as the face of the showroom and the first point of contact for clients in a specific territory. You’ll manage showroom operations, guide customers through high-end product selections, process sales, and ensure a smooth experience from consultation to delivery. - Manage day-to-day showroom operations and client appointments
- Guide clients through luxury appliance options with white-glove service
- Process quotes, orders, and product details using internal systems
- Collaborate with sales and admin teams to support smooth transactions
- Provide timely follow-up, technical specs, and product guidance
- Coordinate sample deliveries and product brochures
- Maintain the showroom environment (appearance, cleanliness, presentation)
- Track detailed notes and updates in the CRM system
- Deliver consistent service aligned with a lifestyle brand’s premium tone
Job Requirement
Candidate Profile:
- Warm, approachable, and highly organized
- Able to work independently and handle a full showroom schedule
- Skilled in verbal and written communication, including professional email etiquette
- Comfortable guiding customers through premium purchases with patience and product knowledge
- Familiar with CRMs, order tracking, and showroom logistics
- Background in showroom sales, high-end retail
