Senior Analyst, Business Process
Seattle Search Group is partnering with a high-performing team focused on bringing consistency to data and reporting across multiple operational functions. The Senior Analyst, Business Process will play a critical role in shaping the processes, procedures, and documentation that support finance, procurement, and supply chain functions.

Job Summary:
This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing standard operating procedures that drive operational excellence. You’ll lead efforts to re-engineer processes and align strategies with the department’s goals, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality service across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Lead the identification and implementation of key policy, procedure, and process improvements, ensuring they are repeatable and sustainable.
Problem-Solving: Address complex, multi-faceted operational challenges and deliver simplified solutions that improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure consistent service experiences.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with teams to plan and implement solutions with urgency.
Data Analysis: Develop tools such as reports, tables, and presentations to support new systems, processes, and policies, applying mathematical analysis to validate data.
Consulting & Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert or leader on enterprise-wide projects, ensuring successful integration of re-engineering efforts across the organization.
 

Job Requirement

 
4-7 years of experience in business process improvement or operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Expertise in analyzing and re-engineering complex processes.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to develop effective reporting tools.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive results in diverse environments.
