Main areas of responsibility:
  • Assist with the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet account reconciliations, and completing ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Apply critical-thinking and Excel skills to analyze financials statements and underlying data; develop and present to management insights into financial results.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts and research discrepancies.
  • Support accounting processes and procedures for all business units 
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable team of two: 
    • Train, guide, and mentor staff 
    • Review and approve AP and AR transactions
  • Continually examine processes and procedures to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support, policies, procedures, and internal controls which are in place to protect company assets and ensure financial statement accuracy.
  • Ad hoc research, project work, and analysis as assigned. 
Location & Commitments
  • Full-time, permanent 
  • Hybrid Position 
  • Report to office HQ in Bellevue, Washington 2-3 days a week


Job Requirement

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or similar
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience, preferred
  • Strong communication skills are mandatory
  • Master’s degree, CPA or equivalent, preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions

Preferred Level of Experience
