Seattle Search Group, the leader in staffing and recruiting has teamed up with a Seattle based CPA firm who is looking for a tax manager or senior manager. Our client is looking for a future partner.
Our client offers a cutting-edge blend of tax and accounting services as well as financial planning. For this role you must be willing to pursue a series 65.
Position prerequisites are as follows:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns for clients.
Offer tax planning services to minimize tax liabilities.
Keep up with tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filings.
Research complex tax issues and provide expert advice.
Meet with clients to discuss tax matters and provide guidance.
Handle communications with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
Support clients during tax audits and respond to inquiries.
Assist clients in estimating and making quarterly tax payments.
Prepare year-end tax documents for employees and contractors.
Utilize electronic filing systems for efficient tax filing.
Safeguard and organize client tax records.
Advocate for clients with tax authorities and assist in dispute resolution.
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
Job Requirement
Possession of a bachelor's degree
Must have a valid CPA license
A minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience
A robust inclination and knack for financial markets
Exceptional proficiency in time and project management
A high degree of technological adeptness and the ability to swiftly adapt to new tools
