Main areas of responsibility:
  • Support accounting processes and procedures for all business units
  • Perform various general ledger accounting tasks in a complex, multi-entity environment
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review for accuracy
  • Reconcile bank accounts 
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance work: -State and local sales and use tax returns -B&O tax returns -VAT returns (Europe and Mexico) -Other tax compliance as assigned
  • Continually examine processes and procedures to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support policies, procedures and internal controls which are in place to protect company assets and ensure financial statement accuracy 
  • Ad HOC research, project work, and analysis as assigned 
Location & Commitments
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Hybrid Position
  • Report to office HQ in Bellevue, Washington 2-3 days a week

Job Requirement

Basic Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or similar
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills are mandatory
  • Corporate, State, Local and Foreign Tax experience 
  • Master’s degree, CPA or equivalent, preferred 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
